| Mango people were heavily involved in the start-up of Qantas’ Singapore based LCC, Jetstar Asia, marrying Mango’s low cost expertise with Qantas’ renowned airline capabilities. Responsibilities included aircraft procurement, and set-up of Operations (acting COO), engineering and maintenance (acting CE), and finance (acting CFO). |

| Mango initially led the upgrade of SkyEurope’s MIS and business planning processes and outputs. Subsequently, Mango were asked to arrange the recruitment of a number of key individual’s to strengthen the Director team. Latterly, Mango have developed and implemented a fuel and currency hedging strategy and framework for this fast-growing East European airline. |

| Go Airlines, India is a major new entrant to the fast-growing Indian LCC market place, based in Mumbai. Mango co-authored the development of the airline’s businessplan, focusing particularly on the network strategy and financial plan development. Prior to first flight, Mango carried out an audit of the airline to ensure full readiness for launch. |
