Lars brings decades of experience gained from entrepreneurial and international businesses and management; both “hands-on” and at board level, including business design, finance, build and launch and all gained from both the industrialised and developing worlds.

Richard Laig

CFO and Partner Asia Pacific

Rick brings 20 years’ experience in a financial and risk management roles. He has served as Chief Financial Officer at AirPhil Express (PAL Express) and Zest Airways (Air Asia Zest). He led the set-up of the financial function at Hong Kong Express, and provided financial analyses for the 60-aircraft refleeting project at Monarch Air.

Keith Kerr

Keith brings over 35 years of experience in the aviation industry, encompassing both airline and airport management. He is adept at turnaround situations, with experience in restructuring, business process re-engineering and transformational change in highly regulated, unionised and politically sensitive environments.

Charles has more than 40 years' international aviation industry experience, of which the latest 15 years is in the cargo airline sector. He is an experienced CEO with sales, marketing and operational expertise. He is known for being adept with innovative approaches, strong influencing skills and diplomatic ability.
