Mercator, Emirates Groups’ IT solutions provider, engaged Mango to assist in a number key assignments including developing a go-to-market distribution strategy advisory package for its clients and also supporting the integration of a key strategic purchase, tikAERO, an airline reservations platform supplier, into the core business. For tikAERO, Mango helped developed a robust go-to-market strategy, a strong sales pipeline, and revised its contract and commercials terms to be best practice. Mango has also provided advice on further Mercator acquisition opportunities while also supporting the business development of other Mercator product lines.
